Where do you ship?

We deliver to the UK, EU and International Countries. 


How long does shipping take?

UK mainland postcodes only (excludes Channel Islands).

If your delivery address is in the Scottish Highlands & Islands, Isle of Man and Northern Ireland delivery times may be extended, depending on where you live.


🚚 Delivery to International Countries

We offer DHL international Express or DPD Delivery to all major overseas locations. Delivery can range from 1-5 days depending on destination - you can check shipping charges and standard shipping days for your destination in the cart at checkout.

Simply switch countries in the top-left corner of the website to shop in your local currency and to checkout with the relevant delivery options for you.


How do I track my order?

Your order tracking will be sent to you via email shortly after the order has been placed. Any queries with tracking your order please contact [email protected] where we will be happy to help. 


Return, refund & exchange policy

We’re committed to you getting products that make you smile when you exercise! We’re happy to accept returns or exchanges on any unworn products for up to 30 days after you’ve purchased direct from our site. As our products generally come in to contact with some “sensitive areas” – we can’t accept returns on any underwear that has been tried on!

Remember to pop a # before your order number as this will not work without adding this before your order number. 

Can I change my order?

If you wish to change your order please email [email protected] as soon as possible to ensure that we have enough time to get this amended before this is dispatched by our warehouse. Any orders placed on Friday that need to be changed will be amended on Monday.


Can I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your order please email [email protected] where we will do our best to cancel your order before this is dispatched.


Which payment types do you accept?

You can purchase on our website using a debit or credit card including American Express, and we offer Paypal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and Klarna (UK Customers only). You can also use a Runderwear gift card.


Do you offer Buy Now Pay Later?

Yes we offer Klarna to all UK customers.


Are there any surcharges

All charges are shown at checkout for all international customers. No hidden charges.


How long should a refund take to reach me?

We aim to process all refunds within 5-7 days of them being received back by the warehouse. 

Do you offer gift cards?

How long are gift cards valid for?

Runderwear Gift Cards are valid for 12 months.


Can I exchange a gift card for cash?

You can't exchange a gift card for cash and the gift card can be spent just on the Runderwear website. 

Please go through the following steps:

  1. Confirm that the shipping address that was entered at checkout is correct.
  2. Check with any neighbours and/or housemates that may have picked up or received this package by mistake.
  3. Check with your local Post Office—they are responsible for delivery after it leaves our warehouse.  
  4. Please check your safe place and if a photo was taken by the courier the place that this photo was taken

If you still have not found your package, please, reach out to us at [email protected] and we will be happy to help. 

Not to worry! If you successfully completed your return/exchange you will have the option to select either the QR code or print label option on the return summary page when you are finished. 

You will also receive a return confirmation email with a link to these options. It will be sent to the email address used to place the order, make sure to also check your spam and junk folders.

If you purchased a Runderwear product from Amazon, we ask that you contact their customer service to make a return directly to Amazon. 


Chafe-Free Guarantee


Runderwear’s whole ethos is about creating chafe-free performance clothing. Runderwear clothing has no side seams and is label-free to prevent irritation and rubbing.


We’re so confident that your Runderwear will provide the solution to your chafing, that we offer a 90 day, chafe-free guarantee. If you wear our products and they cause you to chafe, we will happily refund you, it’s as simple as that.


Remember, Runderwear will stop chafing in the area that it covers and not the surrounding areas, so make sure you select the best style for your problem area. For example, briefs will protect your nether-regions from chafing but not your thighs, whilst our Long Boxers (for Men) and Hot Pants (for Women) will protect all that they touch.

We highly recommend that you use the Runderwear Bra Calculator when trying to find your perfect fit. You may find this is different to your usual bra size so please do not worry as all brands vary with sizing. We cover free bra exchanges and returns so if you have any issues with sizing then we will be happy to help at [email protected]

What are your items made from?

You can view the fabric compositions when you click into each individual item. The materials will vary from recycled polyamide, Elastane, Tactel and Polyamide.



How do I wash my items?

Warm machine wash up to 40°C with similar colours. Do not tumble dry. Do not soak, bleach or dry clean

What if I'm in between sizes?

We understand that finding the perfect size can be tricky, especially when you're in between sizes.

To ensure the best fit, we recommend sizing up if you prefer a slightly looser fit or sizing down for a snug, supportive feel. Keep in mind that our products may look small at first glance but are designed with stretchable materials to provide comfort and flexibility.

The item I want is out of stock. Can I pre-order?

You can't pre-order at this moment in time however you can be notified when an item is back in stock by selecting the item that you require which is showing as out of stock and clicking email me when back in stock. This will then notify you by email when the item is back in stock. 


How often are items restocked?

Items are roughly restocked every 3-4 months, If you have been waiting over this time please email [email protected] where we can give you a rough date. 

We currently offer 63 different sizes ranging from A-H but unfortunately as a small company it’s not possible to stock every size at this moment in time. However, we are always aiming to evolve our range of sizes. Our team at runderwear HQ are currently working with suppliers with a focus on being able to place lower minimum order volumes, so we can be more flexible on the sizes we are able to stock. In the meantime, it’s always worth checking your fit with our bra fit experts, to see what your runderwear size is – your runderwear size is usually different to your usual bra size.

The Runderwear Anti Chafing Shorts are still classed as underwear and are to be worn with shorts over the top. Some customers choose to wear these under leggings for that extra bit of warmth in the colder months.

The briefs will provide a fuller coverage and come up to around the belly button or in line with your leggings. The hipsters will be half the coverage and sit lower, Sitting comfortably on your hips. 

If you are used to wearing low waisted clothing I would recommend the Hipsters and if you like something that comes up slightly higher with a fuller coverage then the Briefs are the one for you.

Mission and values

Everything we do is built on passion. When Jamie started runderwear there was no master plan. Jamie was super passionate about running and frustrated that no one had made underwear designed for the running community.

Our Mission is to liberate runners, Jamie Suffered Bad chafing during New York Marathon. We've all been there. This is the moment that changed his life.

As Jamie set out on his mission to solve the problem for the collective family of run-to liberate all runners to focus on what they love to do.... Run Free!

Perseverance was key, Like a runner he never gave up. It was hard, but easy isn’t for me. I had no money and travelled on a shoestring budget to understand how to make the best seamless products with the finest materials.

Like a runner, I never gave up - challenges make us who we are. Once I was absolutely confident that our products would deliver total comfort, I started turning up to races in my small, old car. I would set up to show our products to fellow runners and tell them Runderwear's mission.

Because with support comes confidence, With Seamless comes joy and with trust comes freedom.
