How do I return or exchange my order?

Thank you for considering Runderwear! We understand that finding the perfect size can be tricky, especially when you're in between sizes. 

To ensure the best fit, we recommend sizing up if you prefer a slightly looser fit or sizing down for a snug, supportive feel. Keep in mind that our products may look small at first glance but are designed with stretchable materials to provide comfort and flexibility.

What size should I order if I am between sizes?

🚚 Delivery to the UK

FREE- Orders over £50 - 2-4 business days

£6.00 - Tracked Delivery - 1-2 business days

UK mainland postcodes only (excludes Channel Islands).

If your delivery address is in the Scottish Highlands & Islands, Isle of Man and Northern Ireland delivery times may be extended, depending on where you live.

🚚 Delivery to International Countries

We offer DHL international Express or DPD Delivery to all major overseas locations. Delivery can range from 1-5 days depending on destination - you can check shipping charges and standard shipping days for your destination in the cart at checkout.
Simply switch countries in the top-left corner of the website to shop in your local currency and to checkout with the relevant delivery options for you.

How much does delivery cost?

Sorry to hear that we are out of stock in your Runderwear size. 

You can be notified when an item comes back in stock by clicking onto the product that is showing out of stock and selecting (Email Me When Back In Stock)

When are you expecting a restock? 

We’re committed to you getting products that make you smile when you exercise! We’re happy to accept returns or exchanges on any unworn products for up to 30 days after you’ve purchased direct from our site. Our returns policy is extended to 60 days during November and December to cover holiday shopping and gifts. 

As our products generally come in to contact with some “sensitive areas” – we can’t accept returns on any underwear that have been tried on! To get started with a return or exchange please fill out the below:

What is your return policy?

If you wish to change your Runderwear order please email within an hour of placing the order and we will do out best to get this changed for you. Orders placed over the weekend will not be able to be amended as we do not work over the wekeends but we will do our best to stop any orders on Monday. Please mark the message as urgent and send too hello@runderwear.com
